Why order from you?
Our meals are designed by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with your health and well-being in mind. Rest assured that we are choosing fresh ingredients and preparing them with the utmost care in a commercial kitchen. Meals are ready to eat or reheat, allowing you to focus on the things that are most important to you. Nutritionally balanced (from macros to micros!) and delicious, we are ready to fuel your life!
How long do your meals last?
We recommend eating the meals within 5-6 days. Most meals (salads as the exception) can be frozen prior to 6 days to be enjoyed at a later date.
Do you plan to expand your services beyond meals?
At this time, we are focusing our efforts to feeding you fresh and healthy meals on a weekly basis.
Does your menu change?
Yes, we enjoy variety and assume our customers do too!
Do you offer seasonal menu items?
Definitely! We enjoy the tastes of the season, not to mention the health benefits of eating seasonal fruits and vegetables!
How much do your meals cost?
Meals range from $7 to $13. Select menu items may have additional options for an additional charge such as extra protein, gluten-free, etc.
How many people does the meal feed?
One meal generally feeds one adult.

Where are your meals prepared?
We prepare all of our meals at BLT Kitchen at 6625 E. Southern Ave, Mesa, AZ 85206
When are your meals prepared?
We begin prepping meals on Friday and cook on Saturdays with pick-up or delivery happening on Saturday afternoon/evening.
What’s the best way to warm up my meal?
You can warm your meal up directly in the microwave-safe container or transfer it to a microwavable bowl. Most meals are ready after 30-60 seconds in the microwave.
Do the meals need to be refrigerated?
Yes! Make sure to refrigerate your meals immediately.
When can I purchase meals?
Purchase meals for Saturday pick up or delivery prior to Thursday at 6 AM to enjoy meals for the week ahead!
When does the menu switch?
The menu switches every week on Thursday at 6 AM. If you order after 6:30 AM, your selections will be for the following week (~10 days away!).
Can I get a refund?
We want you to be completely satisfied! Please email us if you experience any problems with your meals so we can make it right! Contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I still order through Instagram or text message?
Please use our website for all orders. If you have an event, question, or large volume order, please contact us at email@example.com so we can help you figure it out!
Delivery & Pickup
When is meal Pickup?
Meal pickup is currently on Saturday from 2 PM – 4 PM at BLT Kitchens in Mesa, Power/Southern.
Where can I pickup my food?
Pick up occurs in Mesa around Power and Southern. Exact pick up location is delivered via email and text after a purchase is made.
When can I expect my delivery?
Deliveries are made on Saturdays between 2 PM-5 PM, meals should be refrigerated as soon as they are received.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver to the following areas; Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, Apache Junction, San Tan Valley, Queen Creek, Phoenix and Scottsdale.
Does someone need to be home when the meals are delivered?
Your food will be left inside a bag cooler but we highly recommend being home or only leaving it out for 15 minutes and then immediately refrigerated.
Can I walk-in and purchase meals?
Not at this time.
